Teacher Leadership

Supporting the development of teacher leadership is a complex process. Here are resources that meet the needs of teacher leaders and address district priorities. We also share resources for researchers studying teacher leadership development, and tools to support formative and summative evaluation of teacher leadership development experiences.

The three components of the IPT Teacher Leadership Development Framework are mutually supportive: leading other teachers, leadership from the classroom, and developing capabilities to lead others.
