Session 22: Deciding When to Argue

SESSION OVERVIEW 

Participants consider all that they have learned about the conditions required to engage their students in argumentation and then work to generate a list of questions to help themselves decide whether they will have an opportunity to actually engage them in argumentation. They then explore a pre-made decision flowchart to help support decision-making.
